Insurance

All work is fully insured.

We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Due to insurance purposes as well as safe and vehicle safety we will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on a main road, heavily used or small/narrow road. We also are unable to work in pay & display car park. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and YOUR vehicle safety. We can work in an apartment car park providing there are no permits required and electricity is safely accessible. If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first. We will always aim to help in any way possible.

Deposits

All secure booking are deposit based & bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid direct to Prime & Shine Valeting via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed. One booking change is allowed. Further changes or cancellations within 48 hours of booking, Prime & Shine Valeting will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions. Those made after 48 hours may result in the deposit being retained at our discretion.

Prime & Shine Valeting cannot control acts of traffic and acts of god. If Prime & Shine Valeting has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of deposit will be honoured.

Payments

We accept cash, card, contactless, and secure online payments. Invoices are available for businesses. Late payments may incur a £5 daily. Our pricing can vary based on the condition of the vehicle. If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair or anything else additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.

Photos & Media

We may take photos/videos of our work for our portfolio, social media, and liability purposes. Registration plates and locations are always concealed. Please inform us if you do not wish your vehicle to be shared. Bookings can not be completed without recent images being sent of BOTH interior & exterior images of the car you require cleaning.
